The attitude of experimentation is one of the most empowering ideas we can expose our students/clients to in sex education, particularly those in sexual partnership. Ideas about what is "normal" have literally ruined people's sex lives and shame people into not exploring their preferences for touch and connection.
In this class, we will be “deconstructing sex” to its foundations so that we can explore, discuss, and normalize erotic connection preferences, and understand the diversity of “sensual languages”.
These 3-hour class exercises and activities will be taught that can be used with clients or students.

By the end of this course participants will be able to:

Describe, and normalize, the variety of erotic connection preferences.
Describe, experience, and recognize the value of an eye gazing exercise.
Describe, experience, and recognize the value of a touch exercise
Discuss the importance of the attitude of experimentation between partners.
Practice leading someone through one of the exercises we will learn.
