Educational Skills for Sex Therapists (Recorded Webinar)

Educational Skills for Sex Therapists (Recorded Webinar)

Therapists are always educating, and sex therapists educate more than most. Many therapists are not trained in educational concepts, however, and can benefit from recognizing various learning styles and multiple intelligences and responding to them in a targeted fashion. Dr. Rosalyn Dischiavo is a sexologist, administrator, and educator with many years of experience in the therapy field. In this webinar, she will illustrate transferable skills from the educational field that work well in therapy settings. She will also discuss particular therapeutic approaches that work well with different learning styles.

By the end of this course participants will be able to:
  • Identify multiple intelligences and learning styles.
  • Recognize approaches that may work best with various styles.
