SWEET is a fully self-paced, online, holistic, sexual wellness program for anyone* who wants to broaden their knowledge in topics of sexuality. There are no prerequisites and the program can be started immediately. Because it is recorded, classes can be watched in any time zone, at any time. SWEET can be accessed from various devices, including smartphones. A training certificate is provided upon completion.
In addition, learners will be welcomed into the extensive ISEE Online Community for networking, collaboration, and support through the platform, Mighty Networks. In Mighty Networks, faculty, alumni, and students interact, post, and attend events. The ISEE community is active and thriving! Learners access Mighty Networks to find resources such as specialists, practitioners, and media. You can post your questions or your work!
Folks who are seeking AASECT accreditation can use many of the hours toward their application. Please note, that learners seeking AASECT will need to fulfill other requirements. Some of the AASECT requirements that need to be fulfilled may include and are not limited to 1) Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR) 2) supervision 3) live/streaming hours 4) some categories 5) fieldwork or practicum hours. Folks will be provided with the course catalog that outlines the associated AASECT category for each class. Learners will be responsible for tracking the hours and associated categories for their AASECT application.

SWEET is fully online and self-paced. Learners have 8 months to complete the 100-hour training program. There are 32 courses that are divided into 8 Learning Paths. In addition to the online program, SWEET learners will be granted access to the closed, online community platform on Mighty Networks (MN). MN is an internal social networking platform only for students, alumni, staff, and faculty. You can search for people who live near you, join or create an interest group, post or attend events, network, and collaborate. MN can be used for anything at all, professional or personal.

This program comes as-is and is not customizable. Upon enrollment, learners may attend Zoom office hours with the Dean of Student Affairs to support their journey. Learners can print out certificates for each class on the go!
This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 97 CE credits (SASE is excluded), and is considered asynchronous learning. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification. Institute for Sexuality Education & Enlightenment, Provider #11-113-C. Completion of this program does not ensure or guarantee AASECT Certification.
